'The second sight project' is a unique project helping to bring sight to people all over the world. Set up by Vision Aid, and with the help of Kodak lens they ask you to donate £1 along with your unwanted spectacles and help restore the sight to people in the developing world.

What Can Be Recycled?

Some opticians are happy to recycle spectacles for the public. For instance Specs Store (www.specs-store.com) can be sent old glasses and they will reburbish these before passing onto Vision Aid. Hope this helps.
